How many courses are included in my membership?
The Monthly membership plan includes 500 on-demand micro skills courses with certificates.
What is Talisium's cancellation policy?
You may cancel your Talisium membership or change plans at any time by clicking on the "cancel subscription" button in your My Account page. Your paid membership plan will end on the date of your next billing cycle (i.e. the month of whenever you first paid for your membership's start).

3. When clicked, a pop-up message will appear for confirmation.
4. If you proceed, then the My Account page will display a button for the optional reactivation of the same membership plan or the option to choose another one by clicking on the Change button prior to the renewal date (if available).
What happens when I cancel my membership?
When you cancel your membership, this results in the automatic un-enrollment from the courses included in the membership plan in the next billing cycle. Until then, you will continue to have full access to the courses in your membership.
Can I reactivate my membership after I cancel it?
That depends. If you cancel your membership plan, days before the renewal date, the re-activation button will be shown until the renewal date will pass. After the renewal date passes you will not be able to re-activate it via the Account page.

If more courses are added to my plan after I have joined, will I get access to them?
Absolutely.
If we add more courses to your membership plan, you will see them immediately for you enrol into.

Can I downgrade my membership plan?
You cannot downgrade a monthly plan because the next level down is pay as you go. If you no longer want to enjoy unlimited, all-inclusive access to the courses you can cancel your plan.
What payment methods do you support?
We currently accept all major credit cards or debit cards to activate your Talisium membership. We do not support invoicing at this time.
Is Talisium free?
It is free to register and create an account with Talisium and there may be some free courses offered. Access to all other courses requires payment through individual course payments (pay as you go) or membership.
